This project was created from March 2022 to May 2022.
Project partners were Mia Wright, Nafanua Fitisemanu, and David Garcia.
Our sweater started as all things do – as an idea. We wanted to design our sweater so that the user would be able to upload their own images whenever they wanted!
To the right was our initial rough sketch of the project. We would cut up an LED strand and re-solder it into an extended strand with wires running in between. Our arduino code would handle the image processing required to compress images so that the limited resolution of our LED grid would be able to display a coherent image.
